Who it covers

A purchase licenses one person or one team workspace — for example one Slack workspace, one Discord server, or one company's group chats. Everyone in that workspace may use the GIFs and stickers. Agencies may install a set in a client's workspace; buy one licence per client.

You may

• Upload the files as custom emoji and stickers in Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, iMessage, Teams and similar apps you or your team use.
• Use them in personal and client projects: social posts, videos, presentations, newsletters, product UIs and onboarding.
• Edit, crop, recolour, re-caption and animate them.
• Share a Telegram or WhatsApp pack link with your own community, group or server members.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, give away or redistribute the files themselves — as an emoji pack, sticker pack, template, stock asset or NFT — or list them in a sticker store or app store under your own name.
• Use a character as your logo, trademark or brand mascot.
• Use them to train or fine-tune AI models, or in content that is hateful, harassing or deceptive.

Free set

The free set (Olive) is under the same licence, free of charge. Linking to gifpacks.com is appreciated, not required.

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no file has been downloaded. Reply to your receipt or email hello@gifpacks.com.

The fine print

The artwork is supplied as is. Gifpack keeps the copyright; you get a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence as described above. Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord and iMessage are trademarks of their owners; Gifpack isn't affiliated with them.
