Why not .TGS animated stickers?+
TGS is a vector format that only comes out of After Effects. Raster animations are uploaded as video stickers (WEBM VP9, ≤256 KB, ≤3 s), which Telegram plays the same way.
Can I make custom emoji?+
Yes, the pack includes 100×100 WEBM and PNG files for /newemojipack. Using custom emoji needs Telegram Premium.
